I grew up in survival mode.
In return I was not kind to myself. I was living life completely for other people, stuck if what felt like the same unhealthy cycle.
When I made the decision to heal I couldn't find anyone to help with the process. I made it my mission as soon as I was able, to help as many women as possible have the resources for the same healing and growth.
